Return and Exchange Policy
Apparel Items (T-shirts, Hoodies, Mugs etc.)
- No Returns/Exchanges: Please note that our apparel items, including t-shirts, hoodies and mugs, are printed to order. Due to this custom nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any apparel items.
Other Merchandise (Tools, Audio Keychains, etc.)
- Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges: Returns or exchanges are allowed for non-apparel items within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, with all original packaging and accessories. Damaged or used items will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging an item. This includes the cost to return the item to us and, in the case of exchanges, the cost to re-ship the new item to the customer.
- Processing Time: Returns and exchanges are processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the returned item.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid shipping label and arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item does not meet our return policy criteria.
